PetroVietnam Low Pressure Gas Distribution J.S.C

PetroVietnam Low Pressure Gas Distribution Joint Stock Company, formerly low pressure gas business Factory which was established in 2002, under PV GAS. On 4st December 2007, PetroVietnam Low Pressure Gas Distribution Joint Stock Company (PV GAS D) was established pursuant to the Decision No. 1109/QD-DKVN of the Board of General Directors of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group. PV GAS D operates pursuant to Business Registration Certificate No. 4103006815, issued by Hochiminh Planning and Investment Department on dated 23th May 2007 with initial charter capital of VND 330.000.000.000 by the base of capital contribution of the shareholders.

Development goals

– To build up PV Gas D to become a boost joint stock Company with nationwide operation scale.

– To diversify business lines, take the field of low pressure gas business as the focus and attach great importance to develop the service, invest finance and develop the trade.

– To develop PV GAS D in the direction of growing development, safety and efficiency insurance and become the main fuel supplier for industrial and urban areas. Partly satisfy demand of the market in order to increase value of gas resource exploited from water and exported from foreign countries.

–  To build and set up the staffs, officers and workers with advanced capacity, industrial working style and high principle.

– To build up and develop trademark of PV GAS D to be an image of trong trademark and prestige for domestic and foreign investors.

Particular goals

–  PV GAS D is established in order to meet increasing demand of natural gas utility of the industrial households in Vietnam over the past few years and extend to develop low pressure network in order to adequately satisfy the demand of the gas utility of the domestic industrial households. After over 3 years of formation and development, PV GAS D has gained the high-speed continuous growth; average revenue of growth is over 45%/year. Make positive contributions to the nation’s development, receive and pay for annual budget expected from 90 – 100 billion VND.

– PV GAS D invested to extend the gas supply network in industrial zones: Phu My-My Xuan-Go Dau and as of 08/2008, The Phu My-My Xuan-Go Dau low pressure gas system in the phase 2 has been completed and brought into the exploitation.

– Currently, PV GAS D is carrying out to invest in system of low pressure gas distribution for the industrial zones: Nhon Trach and Hiep Phuoc, on 7th August 2010; PV GAS D and the joint-venture of EPC General Contractor including Petroleum Construction and Investment JSC (PVID), Gas Project Management and Consultancy Company (DAK) and Gas Service Company (DVK) signed EPC contract “Design construction drawing, construction execution and equipment installation” under low pressure gas distribution system for industrial zones: Nhon Trach, Dong Nai while in terms of projects of low pressure gas distribution system for industrial zones,  survey for plainning establishment and in phase of completing the bases, project representation and total level of investment.

– Furthermore, PV Gas D is researching gas distribution system investment in industrial zones in Can Tho, Central Region and North.

– In addition, in order to develop nationwide network of gas distribution, spread the development to regional and international markets, PV GAS D set up 2012 – 2015 plan to carry out imported gas supply by the pipeline and LNG, build up and develop PV GAS D to be the strong and prestigious trademark in domestic and foreign market.

– Significant time mark of PV Gas D is the date of 26th November 2009 when shareholders of the Company is listed on the transaction floor of Ho Chi Minh City (HOSE) with the share code of Transaction Department. This is the most obvious proof for the development of PV Gas D.
